We are collaborators with multiple concepts under one roof and we work with artists, designers, chefs, joiners, bar and floor team, DJs, the list is endless.

HQ is in Liverpool with venues in Liverpool, Birmingham, Newcastle, Glasgow, Sheffield and Cardiff, with more to come

**Let’s get to the detail shall we?**

As Big Fang Collective grows at pace, with the launch of multiple new concepts including Big Fang Karaoke, Nothing Cheezy and Big Fang Arcade, it is your role as Social Media Executive to manage our organic social accounts across all platforms. The right person will be ready to get straight involved, and bring fresh ideas and lots of initiative to the role.

We are looking for individuals with exuberant personalities that can help us to deliver outstanding experiences for our customers, with a passion to provide **THE BEST** experiences for our guests. Full training on brand values, products and service standards will be provided to any individual successful in this process.

**Essential**
- Proven experience as a social media assistant or executive (or similar).
- Passionate about great content and social media presence & aesthetics.
- Current understanding of social media strategy and trends.
- Proficiency with photo and video editing within apps and with software.

**Desired**
- Experience using scheduling platforms.
- Experience working alongside agencies.
- Good understanding of social analytics

**Showcasing your fantastic customer service skills will be the top priority and your role will include**:

- Plan and manage content calendars for multiple Big Fang brands and accounts, ensuring comms align with marketing plans and business needs.
- Write social copy for captions in alignment with each brand's tone of voice.
- Own community management across all channels, including responses to all direct messages and comments in a professional and timely manner in each brand's unique voice.
- Ensure bios, links and highlights are regularly updated and accurate,
- Work on photo and video shoots to manage content briefs and output.
- Identify trends and opportunities to be involved in.
- Work alongside the creative team to create various media and content for the channels.
