**Salary**: 25k - 29k Dependant upon demonstrable experience.

UK Remy Hair Extensions Ltd (Trading as Prestige Hair Extensions) has grown from a small family business into one of the UK's leading wholesalers of high-quality human hair extensions. We supply salons and retail customers across the globe, and we're seeking a passionate and dynamic Customer Service and Social Media Executive to join our team in Aintree, Liverpool. While we do not require applicants to have experience of working with human hair extensions, the ability to identify subtle differences between products (colour/length/fitting method) will be essential to performing the role when processing returned products back into warehouse stock and when dealing with customer enquiries.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- **Social Media Management**: Design & execute social media strategies, including content creation, posting schedules, and customer engagement. Edit user-generated content (UGC) and stay current with social media trends and best practices.
- **Operational Support**: Assist with order processing, shipping, and inventory management to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment, providing support to the warehouse team during busier periods.
- **Brand Representation**: Maintain an in-depth understanding of hair extension products and the hair & beauty industry. Effectively represent the brand's image with professionalism.

**Experience & Qualifications**
- **Communication Proficiency**: Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, exhibiting a helpful and professional demeanour.
- **Social Media Expertise**: Possess proven experience managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) with a talent for creating impactful content.
- **Customer-Focused**: A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service, quickly developing knowledge of our brand, and demonstrating the ability to address customer concerns with empathy and efficiency.
- **Attention to Detail**: Demonstrate a keen eye for detail when working with our diverse range of products (shades, lengths, fitting methods).
- **Adaptability**: Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new systems, and thrive in a collaborative work environment.
