**About the role**

The Exhibitions Installation and Logistics Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the installation, de-installation and logistics of temporary exhibitions and capital refurbishments that come under the remit of the NHM Central Project Office. This canrange from supporting the project teams on the installation of blockbuster exhibitions like_Fantastic Beasts_and_Dippy Returns_to major gallery refurbishments and everything in-between.

Working closely with the Project Managers, internal and external stakeholders this role will lead and facilitate all aspects of pre, onsite and post site activity ensuring that it is run smoothly and is delivered on time and to budget.

**About you**

You will have experience of overseeing construction phases of exhibitions and similar installations. Significant experience of site management including overseeing the co-ordination, contractors, staff operations and a breadth of activity that could conflict/clash.

You will also have proven experience of the capacity to plan and deliver complex and demanding project builds to agreed time and quality and the confidence to communicate effectively at all levels, both verbally and in writing, with experience of influencingand negotiating.

You will be able to read and understand design and construction drawings and have the ability to assess risk and communicate these risks with internal and external stakeholders.

You will need to be willing and able to regularly start work on site from 6am to meet deliveries and contractors. Some evening and weekend work also required on occasion.

You will have an excellent understanding of CDM regulations.
