This role will work directly with the MD to support operations across the business, consulting with the relevant departments to achieve client & company expectations. This individual will be responding to the requests of high-profile clients within the Fire and Security Industry, whilst also meeting the financial, operational and group expectations of Firecheck Contracts Ltd.

- Lead the development and implementation of operational procedures for the Suppression Fire division to drive efficiency and accuracy and meet KPI requirements. This will include new processes and software solutions including SimPro and any other software solutions adopted by the company.
- Assisting group compliance with the correct onboarding of any suppliers or subcontractors to support the growth of Fire Check Contracts.
- Supporting the Managing Director with ISO Audit Preparation and Third-Party Accreditation / Approval compliance.
- To be responsible for the delivery of works within KPI deadlines and remedial works - checking that the jobs are financially viable and commercially correct by carrying out spot audits.
- Providing Risk Assessment and Method Statements for planned maintenance works and managing access to site for works.
- Ensure all site-specific paperwork is obtained and processed promptly including (but not exclusively) Worksheets and Purchase Order and in adherence to the company’s ISO procedures. This includes the prompt receipt of purchase orders, chasing where not received and processing of engineer’s worksheets.
- Be always professional and customer centric.
- Manage all office building services, ensuring all services are functional, maintained and in compliance to health & Safety standards.
- Manage the servicing, insurance, parking fines etc associated to all FCL company vehicles.

- Experience working with suppliers, sub-contractors, engineering teams and office teams
- Computer literate to include Microsoft Office Suite & CRM Software
- Experience of procurement management & Stock Control
- Good written, oral, and numerical skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills - with internal & external clients
- Excellent attitude towards career development.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Experience of working within a Customer Service environment.
- Ability to work as a team member, as well as an individual.
- Ability and desire to learn the legal and regulatory compliance for the Fire Industry.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
