Our client has an outstanding reputation as a leading provider of high-quality recruitment to the FMGC sector. Due to their continued success, they seek to employ an experienced Recruitment Consultant to meet their high client demand. They have been operational for nearly a decade and have a reputation for placing Operations Directors, Managing Directors, and Senior personnel within the FMCG sales sector.

Between Wakefield and Leeds, the business offers progression and an excellent working environment. They provide an uncapped bonus scheme with no threshold and there is parking on the premises.

They are looking for professional, proactive and motivated recruiters who are target-driven and career-focused. They offer training and guidance to enable you to become a skilled specialist recruiter with in-depth market knowledge. Still, they would like you to have come from a professional recruitment background.

Recruitment is an extremely rewarding and satisfying job; it is made up of many different elements and a successful consultant requires many different skills:

- Using marketing, business and competitor leads to develop existing company contacts.
- Selling using a retained and contingent methodology.
- Identifying and evaluating the recruitment needs of clients.
- Providing creative solutions to employers’ recruitment issues.
- Assisting with the negotiation of terms of engagement and fees with the client.
- Documenting clients' details and vacancy requirements.

The successful applicant will:

- Possess excellent recruitment skills and be able to communicate at all levels.
- Be self-motivated, committed, ambitious, driven and confident with a professional approach.
- Have a proactive nature with the drive and determination to succeed within a competitive environment.
