Our client is looking for a competent administrator who is used to working in a busy, document/processing driven environment, with a good eye for detail.
**Duties**:
Receive, log, and distribute project documentation.
Review and update technical documents.
Creation, maintenance, and coordination of document registers.
Scan, copy and store documents electronically.
Retrieve files as required and distribute to project teams.
ID and file documents in accordance with project standards.
Carry out general office administrative roles in support of the project team.
Supporting other functions as required.
**Skills & Knowledge Required**
Experience of working with many file types.
IT skills (Microsoft office & Excel).
Know and work in accordance with the Company Values.
Full driving licence.
**Attributes**
Self-sufficient, requiring only remote support.
Flexibility, to be able to carry out duties not part of the normal remit in the interests of the team.
Outgoing and friendly, good communication skills.
Team worker, well organised and efficient.
Ability to meet deadlines and work on own initiative.
Good eye for detail.
