Job Summary:

Igloo is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As the key point of contact for managing client relationships, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key personnel, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Attend regular review meetings to discuss client needs and goals, ensuring alignment with Igloo's objectives.
  • Manage client queries, bookings, amendments, and complaints in a timely and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and customers through various channels, ensuring clear and concise information exchange.
  • Resolve issues related to vehicle deliveries, damages, parking fines, and speeding fines, demonstrating problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
  • Generate and manage daily reports for internal and external use, providing valuable insights and data-driven decision-making.
  • Coordinate vehicle collections for clients and sales teams, ensuring seamless logistics and timely delivery.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of administrative experience, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a self-starter mentality, with a willingness to take initiative and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel, with a high level of proficiency.
