**Job Focus**:
The overall purpose of this position is to assist in the management of the company administration functions in finance, HR and customer services form our head office efficiently and effectively. You will ensure that the company’s business objectives andstandards are achieved with the emphasis on attention to detail, ensuring good business procedures are in place.

**The role will include**:

- To participate in the continued evolution of business continuity and work to improve efficiency
- To provide support in finance, HR and general administration functions within the business
- To cover payroll input and review of hours worked
- To manage employee HR records
- To assist with financial procedures within the business as required by the finance team
- To purchase materials for essential business needs as required and approved
- To provide ad hoc cover within head office and assist relevant staff as and when required
- To assist in customer queries, take clear and detailed messages and have a professional approach on telephone queries. To handle confidential matters with discretion and diplomacy
- Strong Excel knowledge and experience
- Good communication skills
- Personable and approachable
- Ability to work independently and in a small team
- Keen to learn new skills
