**Job Description**:

- The purpose of the Ecommerce Merchandising Executive is to help with the growth and reach of our ecommerce business. Reporting into the Assistant Trading Manager you will look to optimise product placement online and drive performance across our digital channels and partner websites as well as analyse performance and identify opportunities to drive sales growth.

Responsibilities will include:

- Analyse sales, on vs offline, & product views, globally & by market, reporting and pulling actionable insights to boost performance of products, aligned to merchandising strategy & supported by localisation.
- Weekly product performance reporting, feeding back insights to wider team.
- Implementing merchandising strategies as agreed by ecommerce manager.
- Working with merchandising data (both in GA4 analytics and manually via excel) at scale and be able to extract key insights to maximise ecommerce sales opportunities.
- Manage online assortment across own channels and partnerships to optimise client experience, removing discontinued lines & launching new products in line with key deliverables.
- Review stock & work with merchandising team to ensure size coverage & depth for key products.
- Review & optimise PDPs, ensuring copy, specifications & images provide necessary detail for conversion, working with client services & stores to understand client feedback & needs for shopping.
- Review & optimise taxonomy, ensuring exciting & elevated product discovery across the website.

**Qualifications**:

- Data driven
- Experience of working within on online merchandising environment
- Commercially savvy
- Analytical with excellent problem solving skills
- Strong IT skills, specifically Excel
- Excellent communicator
