Powder Coating Operative

Established for over 45 years and now one of the North West’s leading& multi award winning **Engineering **companies, WEC Group is looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic **Powder Coating Sprayer** to join our brand new, state of the art **GEMA £0.5m** Paint Plant in Darwen.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and motivated **Powder Coating Sprayer**, who wishes to progress within a dynamic and rapidly expanding engineering firm.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare spray booth, powder coating guns and surfaces
- Determine paint requirements and ensure correct levels of paint thickness
- Maintaining equipment and work area
- Handling and disposing of hazardous chemicals

**Knowledge, Skills, Experience**
- Experience in powder coating is Beneficial
- Ability to work unsupervised, maintaining a high standard at all times
- Ability to prioritise own workload and work to deadlines

**Working Location/Environment**

Darwen, Lancashire

**Salary**

£12.12 p/h - Basic £11.50 p/h + £25 attendance Bonus
