We are looking for an experienced Paid Media Specialist to join our digital team. The Paid Media Specialist will be responsible for devising and carrying out effective paid media campaigns for our company. This role will be a vital part of our marketing effort, playing a crucial role in driving business growth through targeted advertising efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Devise and carry out paid media campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Continuously monitor and adjust campaign performance to maximise return on investment (ROI) and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare regular ROAS reports & provide business insights to the senior management team.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that paid media campaigns are aligned with overall marketing strategies and goals.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify new paid media opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Utilise data and industry insight to inform decision making.
- Complete budget management and forecasting of paid media budget and targets.
- Manage budgets for each campaign, ensuring spending remains within agreed parameters.
- Prepare and present reports to clients on campaign performance and offer recommendations for future optimisations.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a paid media specialist or similar role.
- Knowledge of various paid media platforms and advertising tools, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
- Knowledge of analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics).
- Strong analytical skills, including experience with A/B testing and data analysis.
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field (desirable but not essential).
