Lounge is a fast-growing hospitality business seeking a skilled Lounge Experience Specialist to join their Front of House Team. This role offers a unique opportunity for personal development and career progression in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer experiences, working closely with management and the entire team
- Cater to diverse customer needs, adapting your style and approach accordingly
- Build rapport and trust with customers and colleagues, using your natural communication skills
- Work at pace with limited supervision, adhering to pressure and timescales
