**Business Development Executive**

£25,000 - £30,000 per annum + Commission | Permanent | Castle Donington

**About The Role**

Reporting in to the Sales Manager you will be building relationships with current and prospective clients to win new business. You will see the process through from the initial cold call to the negotiation of rates to closing the sale.

**Specific Responsibilities**
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets as well as other non-financial KPI's
- Manage and increase the company's market share in the area of responsibility
- Produce accurate and timely quotations as required
- Proactively seek new business
- Use the CRM to record all business and correspondence to produce monthly sales reports
- Attend 1 - 2 trade shows per year

**About You**

We are looking for a self motivated individual with a proven track record to bring on new business. You must be personable, ambitious, confident and enthusiastic about sales. If you have worked within the hospitality or events industry previously this willbe a distinct advantage however this is not a necessity as the industry and products can be taught to you.
