Your Key Responsibilities:
- Take the lead in developing, managing, and optimising marketing budgets, ensuring alignment with overall financial goals and marketing objectives- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop accurate financial forecasts, aiding in strategic planning and driving efficiencies- Work closely with procurement, finance and legal teams to ensure all activity is in line with our expenditure processes- Actively seek feedback from cross-functional teams to identify and address potential issues before they escalate- Support the wider Marketing team by training them on process and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and standards- Anticipate financial challenges and proactively develop solutions to ensure marketing campaigns remain within budgetary constraints.- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to navigate our processes, release purchase orders and solve invoice queries
What we need for this role
To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Excellent communications skills- Capability to work both independently and as part of team.- Ability to build relationships quickly and establish trust at all levels- Ability to work in a high pressure environment.- Excellent numeracy skills.- Proven ability to understand and follow processes- Presentation and document writing skills.- Excellent organisation and time management skills.- PC & system use (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
