**Key Responsibilities**

**Financial**
- Accurately raise Purchase Orders in the Coupa Finance system.
- Ensure new suppliers adhere to procedures for efficient setup in the Finance System.
- Regularly review NetSuite to track Purchase Order approvals.
- Coordinate project reports and budget updates.
- Process and submit expense claims for the PM team.
- Arrange cost-effective travel in line with company policy.

**Operational**
- Execute and file project contracts and payment schedules using DocuSign.
- Ensure compliance by auditing project sites and coordinating document updates.
- Prepare and distribute monthly reports and site due diligence reports.
- Gather information for the SPM to address issues effectively.
- Coordinate meeting schedules and maintain accurate records.
- Handle sensitive information confidentially and produce high-quality reports and minutes.
- Arrange travel and itineraries for the team.

**Marketing**
- Create engaging and accurate presentations, meeting deadlines and quality standards.

**Development**
- Continuously improve skills and knowledge of project development operations.
- Seek innovative ways to enhance service delivery.

**People**
- Provide front-line service and executive support for the project management team.
- Maintain communication with all MMM team members and lead by example to inspire excellence

Qualifications & Experience:

- A proactive and experienced Coordinator familiar with working in a busy environment.
- Finance/Budget experience desired.
- Good systems skills with strong working knowledge of Microsoft office with, Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint, sharepoint & project.
- Excellent organisational skills (prioritising, time management, record keeping, follow ups).
- Must be able to meet tight deadlines, manage conflicting priorities, effectively multi-task and work well under pressure in a fast paced, changing environment
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal including a good command of the English language.
- Ability to process sensitive and complex material, analyse and filter information into a presentable and logical format.
