Are you dynamic, positive, and motivated to inspire the next generation towards rewarding careers in the healthcare sector?
We are currently seeking a passionate individual to fill the pivotal role of Careers & Employability Lead within the Lincolnshire Talent Academy. Our mission is to ensure that every individual has the opportunity to explore their interests and ambitions while gaining valuable insights into the diverse opportunities within the healthcare sector.
We are committed to providing them with the tools and guidance necessary to make informed decisions about their careers whilst also helping them to navigate their way around the myriad of pathways available to them.
As part of our dedicated team, you will spearhead initiatives aimed at engaging young minds and fostering their interest in pursuing careers within the NHS.
Collaboration with colleagues from United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust and Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust is essential, ensuring that students have seamless access to local careers information and support activities facilitated through our innovative Hospital Hub model. The role entails close collaboration with fellow professionals to conceive and implement novel and captivating careers activities, offering invaluable insights into the vast array of 350 careers available within the NHS.
About the Talent Academy
Our team is deeply passionate about empowering individuals to realise their full potential, and we do so by supporting o ur local schools and colleges, DWP offices, care leaver service and other third sector organisations.
We operate across three distinct workstreams and endeavour to support individuals, nurturing talent at every stage of their development journey.

All three workstreams play play an integral role within the Talent Academy, working in synergy towards a common goal: to inspire, engage, and develop our current and future workforce for the benefit of the NHS and our patients.

**We offer flexible working to all team members**: Following an initial training period, our team have the option to work from home for 2 - 3 days per week when possible.
