NRCPD is the UK National Regulator of Communication Professionals working with d/Deaf and deafblind people. As an NRCPD Case Administration Officer you will be delivering an exceptional and supportive service. Working within our Professional Conduct Team, you will be receiving and investigating complex and emotive complaints related to services received from Language Service Professionals regulated by NRCPD.

With experience of legal, regulatory or HR disciplinary case work, you will have the necessary skills to critically analyse complicated documentation and other information. You will be able to identify the key issues and make decisions, with due regard to the public interest and proportionality.

The process of Professional Misconduct complaints requires both a supportive and authoritative approach with an ability to engage with a range of stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**

1. Administer cases and the case management service according to established procedures, including complaints, investigations, sanctions, committee hearings, case reviews and audits, and handle all external queries concerning the service. Ensure all case management processes meet agreed targets and standards, and that data protection and confidentiality requirements are met.

2.Review and assess evidence using professional expertise to formulate appropriate regulatory recommendations in accordance with the law, NRCPD’s Complaints Process and the NRCPD Code of Conduct, giving due regard to public interest and proportionality.

3.Drafting Allegations and other documents such as reports, witness statements, instructions to committee, agreed statement of facts and other documentary evidence.

4. Communicate directly using various channels, with internal and external stakeholders, including d/Deaf and deafblind people and NRCPD registrants. Delivering excellent customer service at all times whilst managing reputation and regulatory risk. Maintaining complete and accurate records of all communications.

**Salary**: £24,500.00-£26,000.00 per year

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administration: 2 years (preferred)
- Legal: 1 year (preferred)
