**About the role**

Our Stock Team Lead supports the management team with the everyday running of the stock flow. You will be supporting with;
- Leading and motivating your team
- Ownership of the flow of stock
- Ownership of the Inventory Process
- Delivering great Customer Service
- Encouraging the team to hit their KPIs
- Ensuring great company standards
- Visual merchandising
- Being a Brand Ambassador

**About you**

We are looking for someone with
- Previous supervisory experience
- Ability to motivate a team
- Good organizational skills
- A passion organization
- Detail oriented.
- An interest in visual merchandising
- Ability to lift heavy boxes
- Passion, enthusiasm, and a hands-on attitude
