We are Adra. We provide quality homes in North Wales. We’re not an organisation that stands still. Over the coming years we will have built a significant number of homes outside the county, with an ambition to be providing several hundred more high quality homes across North Wales. - We are looking for someone to coordinate and lead on welfare matters across Adra including, but not limited to:

- Cost of Living Crisis
- Universal Credit
- Pension Credits
- Bedroom Tax
- Fuel Poverty
- Food poverty
- The role’s purpose is to identify customers who have been adversely affected by the Cost-of-Living Crisis; Welfare Reform; fuel poverty and provide support, advice, and guidance to ensure they maximise support they are entitled to. This includes financial inclusion and digital inclusion.
- You will ensure the effective management of resources to provide excellent services to both internal and external customers, partners, and stakeholders.

**The ability to communicate in Welsh is essential for this role.**
