**Responsibilities**:

- To implement a maintenance plan for accommodation and properties including inspections and renovation work
- Coordinate urgent work on properties including inspecting the condition and acquiring contractors ensuring high-quality work is carried out
- Ensure compliance with legislation and health and safety
- To complete administration of maintenance work including record keeping, briefing contractors, monitoring schedules and correspondence
- Collaborate with Finance, Administration and Housing support to facilitate property maintenance to support high-quality work and the best value for money
- Provide a main point of contact for landlords and housing agencies
- Maintain accommodation and property registers and update them accordingly
- Provide assistance to Team Leaders with clearing and renewing accommodation at the end of a tenancy
- Collaborate with Finance to develop and monitor budgets
- Draw up and monitor risk assessments as needed

**Skills and experience required**:

- Experience working as a Housing officer or in a similar position
- Excellent communication skills
- Bilingual (Welsh and English)
- Strong administration skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Driving License (Essential)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
