The Role:

- Our Graduate Finance Trainee role provides superb business and finance job experience, combined with an excellent study support, to help you gain your professional finance qualification.
- Excellent Experience: Our graduate programme is tailored to provide experience across finance, including Management Accounting, Financial Planning, Statutory Reporting, Treasury, Finance Systems, Internal Audit and Special projects.
- Leading Professional Training & Exam Support: Study for either CIMA or ACA with a leading professional training firm (via a Level 7 apprenticeship), gaining a professional qualification that will set you apart in the competitive finance industry.
- Mentorship and Support: Learn from experienced professionals who are dedicated to your growth and success.
- Making a Difference: The role will make a real contribution to Hyde’s mission of providing affordable housing and creating thriving communities.

What We’re Looking For:

- Recent Graduates 2:1, with a degree aligned to the business acumen needed to succeed in finance.
