The company are looking for raw talent to mould into future top sales consultants, with the ability to progress rapidly within the business.

You will need to build, develop and maintain relationships with clients by offering a consultative finance solution to meet their needs.

**Duties & Responsibilities for the Trainee Broker**

Sales/Business Generation Activities
Identify new business opportunities / leads primarily through telephone-based business development.
Develop business relationships with clients.
Maintain and develop the client database.
Develop a good understanding of the market sector.
Collate information from clients in order to package finance facility for the lender(s).
Administration & General
Use in-house CRM systems to maintain client database.
Marketing to professional standards and in line with our quality management.
