**Overview**:

**Remuneration**:

- Basic to £23,000, plus benefits including, 33 days holiday, pension, life insurance, company rewards and incentives, OTE £35,000 - £40,000

**Main Duties**:

- A rare opportunity has arisen for a trainee mortgage broker or trainee mortgage adviser possessing the minimum of the CeMAP 1 qualification to join an established sales team in the Chichester area.
- Working with an established team of customer advisers and trainee mortgage brokers in the Chichester area, you will contact leads referred over and assess the client’s situation, carrying out a detailed fact find including income and expenditure. Once youhave analysed the clients needs and requirements, you will see the best financial and mortgage solutions for the clients.
- As well as sourcing suitable mortgages, you will also advise and sell associated insurance products, including life and critical illness cover.
- As a trainee mortgage broker or trainee mortgage adviser in the Chichester area, you will be required to assist the customers and provide a high level of administrative support while maintaining an excellent level of customer service to clients. You willbe required to act as a point of contact for clients and third parties, keeping our clients fully aware of the progress of their mortgage.
- Including in the administration duties you will be responsible for preparing reason for recommendations letters and accuracy of data. You will also be responsible for submitting new business to the lenders and life companies.

**Key Skills**:

- Applications will be considered from trainee mortgage broker or trainee mortgage advisers with the part of the CeMAP qualification, along with previous sales experience gained in a structured financial services environment.
