Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries or issues. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company in the area.

We're looking for some one who can align themselves with our ethos and help drive our business forward by putting in that extra 'one percent' that has brought us to where we are today.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns with patience and empathy
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze situations quickly
- Exceptional phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Proficient in data entry and computer navigation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
