**Job description**

Our client is an extremely established superbrand, renowned for their award-winning customer service. We are looking recruit a new member to their small team of customer advisors, to deal with general customer enquiries and provide a 5* experience for their customers. **This is initially a temporary maternity cover contract for approx. 12 months, but could be made permanent depending on business demands.**

**Main duties and responsibilities**:

- Day to day management of customer service, acting as first point of contact for any customer enquiries
- Promptly and efficiently answering incoming calls, identifying customer requirements & initiating appropriate solutions in a timely manner
- Assisting customers with presales enquiries
- Resolving postsales issues and offering technical product support
- Arranging product service and repairs
- Ordering spare parts for our customers
- Maintaining the department's quality and customer service standards

**Personal skills**:

- Confident in dealing with inbound and outbound calls
- Clear written and verbal communication
- IT literate (knowledge of all office products)
- Knowledge of CRM system is preferred but not essential
- Excellent listening skills
- Positive attitude and commitment to helping customers
- Willingness to work as part of a friendly dynamic team
- Knowledge of word, excel and outlook

**Hours of work: 12 months**
37.5 hours per week
Monday - Friday, 9.00 - 17.30

**Holidays**:
25 day increasing by 1 day per year up to 28 day per annum

An extra day off for your birthday

**Salary**: £22,308

Salary increases as you progress through our training and expertise bands

**Package**:
Up to £2,000 performance bonus

Pension

Death in Service 4x basic salary

Finish Early Friday on the last Friday of the month

Temporary full-time role but potential to become permanent dependant on ongoing workload.
