The Rank Foundation is looking for a Facilities Officer who will support us in delivering our mission and operating our new office in the heart of Shoreditch.

The Facilities Officer will be responsible for supporting and ensuring smooth running of Garden Walk office and Coworking Space including direct assistance with facilities, health and safety and administration. The postholder will work closely with the Assistant Director of Operations (ADO), Front of House (FOH) and other members of the Rank Foundation Team.

The role involves overseeing general and facility operations, including reception, maintenance tasks, and compliance with coworking terms and conditions. Responsibilities extend to IT support, site bookings, and assisting with various projects. Additionally, the position encompasses health and safety duties such as risk assessments, compliance checks, fire alarm coordination, and maintaining HSE standards, along with managing key suppliers and ensuring obligations in health and safety are met.
