**The Role**

Responsible for the day to day office administration for the operations department.

**Key Tasks**:

- Typing up quotations and inputting data onto the company system.
- Gathering data and preparing on behalf of manager for meetings.
- Creating case studies and sending to the Marketing team to publish.
- Providing company updates for social media and the website.
- Sorting samples and ordering more from suppliers and passing mix sheets to the storeman to make more samples when required.
- Retrieving job files from Archive as instructed and putting them back.
- Posting samples to clients and inputting details on to the company system.
- Uploading photos on to the company system from site visits and completed projects.
- Updating all chase up correspondence onto the financial spreadsheet or company specific spreadsheet.
- Printing out large tender documents when required.
- Screening of phone calls
- Liaising with Contracts Managers regarding site and delivery requirements.
- Retrieving quotations from suppliers and sending purchase orders.
- Reception duties including answering telephone calls.
- Completing QMS documents and creating job folders for each project.
- Other such reasonable duties as instructed.
- GCSE/A levels (or equivalent)
- Preferable experience within the construction industry
- Excellent administration and communication skills

**Hours of Work**:

- Monday - Friday
- 2-week rota: 8am to 4pm and 9am to 5pm (40 hours a week)
