Seeking a strong all round Contract Administrator who can showcase a 'can do attitude' with experience in a construction/electrical company. Someone who can multi task, a team player with a keen eye for detail. Looking for a permanent role.

Duties include:

- Primary point of contact for tenants and clients.
- Working as part of the administration team, supporting management and engineers.
- Booking in appointments, organising engineers' diaries using a job management system.
- Creating certificates.
- Generating reports.
- Reporting to admin supervisor.

Skills required:

- Experience using a job management system is preferable.
- Strong IT knowledge, especially Excel.
- A good team player.
- Able to work in a busy varied role.

**Salary**: From £13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
