The team sits within the Digital Innovation & ICT Section of Sheffield City Council’s Strategic Support Service. These vacancies will support a number of computer systems used by Adult social care and Schools. The team provides a range of development services and support to Liquidlogic (LAS, LCS & EHM), ContrOCC, CM2000, Capita ONE (EMS), SIMS as well as SharePoint and secure file transfers. The team run helpdesks for the various systems, operating during standard working hours, offering expert user support, training and guidance.

We have two vacancies for Information Systems Officers within our section, the first will focus on providing support and assistance to Adult Social care Social Workers, Team Managers, Business Support, and other internal council officers. Specific tasks include first line support for Liquidlogic (LAS, LCS & EHM), ContrOCC, CM2000, specialised advice for finance, user guidance and 121 support sessions.

The second vacancy will focus on providing support and assistance to schools and education services. Specific tasks include first line support for Capita ONE (EMS), SIMS and will require visits to schools to support their IT services with system moves, user groups, training guides and 121 support sessions.
