The IT Consultant at Athsai plays a crucial role in delivering advanced Information Technology (IT) expertise across various projects. Acting as the primary contact for intricate IT discussions, this position is essential for ensuring seamless integration of IT solutions within client environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess IT needs to formulate appropriate responses to inquiries, including formal tender submissions.
- Create tailored technical architecture proposals that align with the specific requirements of each client.
- Possess extensive experience in Custom Applications, particularly with a strong emphasis on C#, alongside a comprehensive understanding of Windows Server platforms.
- Design and develop necessary interfaces with third-party systems as required by client solutions.
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and upgrading of systems, including servers and related infrastructure.
- Manage and nurture partner relationships to facilitate technical and interface development.
- Address escalations from internal team members effectively.
- Standardize and streamline customer responses based on previously delivered solutions.
- Prioritize and understand interoperability requirements across various systems.
- Stay informed about IT drivers, including evolving regulations and client-specific needs in the respective region.
- Support commercial teams by presenting IT architecture solutions to clients as needed.
- Provide broad IT consulting expertise during both presales and post-sales activities.
- Engage in discussions regarding interface strategies with international colleagues, product management, and engineering teams.
- Contribute to the refinement of messaging and value propositions in collaboration with Solution Marketing.
Relational Network:
- Establish strong connections with commercial organizations and partners/suppliers.
- Foster collaborative relationships with other international organizations.
- Interface with global product management to align on IT-related roadmaps.
