As a Data & Information Officer (Commercial Services Officer) your responsibilities are vital to the success of our Travel Concessions Schemes and, by extension, the well-being of our community.

We are looking for someone who loves and understands all things Data You will develop successful relationships with external stakeholders to ensure robust processes are in place and accurate data is provided so that the statutory requirements of concessionary travel schemes are met. The Data & Information Officer will also be responsible for ensuring that all customer facing concessions and ticketing information is accurate and impartial.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Attention to detail is key As you will take a lead in being in the know when it comes to all ticketing and concession queries; be great at building relationships with external partners such as local authority groups and engaging with our internal stakeholders. We would love to someone who understands the importance of customer information and keen to lend a hand when it comes to identifying information and spotting trends. If you have managed website content in relation to data and have interest in numbers/analytics and supporting the Transport world - we would love to hear from you You will be joining a forward thinking, collaborative team who work hard to support the Mayors agenda
