As a PM Transport Coordinator, you will play a vital role in monitoring and optimizing our transport operations to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and compliance.

Igloo is a leading frozen & chilled courier offering Same Day & Next Day refrigerated courier services across the UK. With a modern fleet of refrigerated vans & HGVs, we deliver nationally on behalf of food producers and distributors.

We are looking to bring in an additional Transport Co-Ordinator to help in our ever-expanding company.

The role will be Mon - Fri 12:00 - 20:00

**Responsibilities**: As a PM Transport Coordinator, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
**1 Monitor drivers on routes to ensure all customers ETAs are met.**

**2 Monitor drivers whilst on route to ensure Igloo compliance is met.**

**3 Check drivers PODs to ensure photos are compliant with customers’ requests.**

**4 Check vehicles on drivers' return for defects or damage.**

**5 Ensure drivers are carrying out Igloo duties, i.e RHA checks, Scale fusion, and Verilocation.**

**6 Check drivers are in full Igloo uniform/Safety footwear.**

**7 Fill out PM debrief sheet.**

**8 Ensure any product returns are noted for and customers have been informed.**

**9 Inputting of MB/FA returns are inputted on sage for stock levels.**

**10 Sending off customers' paperwork as per their request.**

**11 Checking off customers' collections match their bookings.**

**12 Check temperature records for vehicles recorded for the day.**

**13 Daily checks on vehicle temperatures to ensure all running within Igloo guidelines.**

**15 Carrying out weekly tyre depth checks on fleet.**

**16 Carry out weekly tacho downloads on HGV fleet.**

**17 Any other duties as requested by management.**

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in transport coordination or a similar logistics role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Knowledge of transport compliance regulations and industry best practices.
- Proficient in using technology and transport management systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
