Being a part of the GBA Global Solutions team you will play a critical part in a growing team of specialist who provide customer-tailored global end-to-end supply chain solutions to support the aerospace industry 24/7. Your role will require you to identify initial customer requirements, and source a suitable transport solution for same day time critical domestic and European overland movements, which meets the customer demands and maintains positive GP position for the business. In addition, you will also be required to provide customer updates, as well as occasional physical loading/unloading of vehicles, and delivering time sensitive items to airside locations at Luton Airport. You and your colleagues will be providing the 24/7 business continuity to supply chain demands and powering our industry forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate & co-ordinate transport bookings both on our internal fleet and external approved subcontractors.
- To provide timely and proactive updates on all movements directly to our customers.
- Liaising with customers, partners, shipping lines and carriers
- General Administration.

You
- 2 years Previous transport planning or logistics experience.
- Full, UK Driving License with less than 6 points.
- The ability to prioritise and organise own workload to tight deadlines.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- 5 Year checkable employment history & Right to work in UK.
