Key Details:
Role: Adults Qualified Social Worker
Team: Stepping Hill Neighbourhood Team
Location: Stockport
Pay Rate: £30 per hour

About the Role:
As a vital member of the Stepping Hill Neighbourhood Team, you will be responsible for:
Conducting Care Act Assessments and reviews
Leading Safeguarding enquiries and investigations
Performing Mental Capacity assessments
Engaging in Court of Protection and other relevant legal work

Hybrid Work Model:
Duty system for urgent work and safeguarding within the Stepping Hill area
Hybrid role, with staff required in the office 2 days a week
