Key Responsibilities:

- Assist project managers in organising project activities, resources, and information.
- Maintain and update project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, sending out invitations, and preparing agendas.
- Facilitate communication within the project team and with external stakeholders.
- Track project deliverables and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
- Monitor project budgets and expenses, and assist in tracking project financials.
- Support procurement activities by obtaining quotes, processing purchase orders, and maintaining vendor relationships.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, presentations, and reports.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a project management environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work is essential.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Knowledge of project management principles and practices is a plus.

This is a full time role, Monday-Friday, based onsite, hours are flexible between 8am-5pm.
