This is an exciting opportunity to join the Culture and Engagement team here at Sherwood Forest Hospitals and support making a difference for colleagues in the Trust

The post holder will assist our staff networks in creating, developing, and executing action plans to effect positive change within the Trust.

This role will be involved in communication planning for the EDI work plan, ensuring effective dissemination of information and events Trust-wide.

The role will aid the People EDI Lead in submitting mandatory reports, including our Workforce Race Equality Standard (WRES), Workforce Disability Equality Standard (WDES), and Gender Pay Gap. Additionally, it will support the audit of relevant organizational policies to ensure compliance with associated employment law requirements
