Are you looking for a varied and proactive administration role?

We are recruiting for a Purchasing Administrator to join our team in Swindon on a part-time, permanent basis, working 30 hours per week.

Although our Head Office is in Swindon, we work in an agile way and you will have the flexibility to manage your time and location of work accordingly.

In this role you will:

- Actively interrogate the vendor reporting suite, analysing supplier spend data and reporting
- Monitoring of procurement mailbox and assisting with general enquires
- Processing purchase requisitions in line with the procurement policy guidelines
- Reporting of procurement KPI’s
- Actively administer the new vendor set up system and help with invoice queries

In order to perform this role effectively, you will be an excellent communicator with both internal stakeholders and suppliers and work well as part of a team. We are looking for someone with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft packages and if you have experience in working with SAP, that’s a bonus
