We are delighted to be working with a well-established company who are seeking a **Service Support Co-ordinator,**
Do you enjoy working with people, have a keen interest in technology and problem resolution with a desire to work in a dynamic company with career opportunities?
As **Service Support Co-ordinator,**you will be providing first line support, managing and resolving incidents in all aspects of communication and IT. This role is predominantly office based with maintaining and building excellent customer relationshipsas key to this position.
Key responsibilities will be:

- First point of contact for customers providing outstanding customer service
- Fault triage, management of incidents and escalations for more complex resolutions
- “First touch” fixes such as password resets, minor programming, deployment of new users
- Working with our partner companies and other 3rd parties
- Customer documentation, administration and reporting within our CRM
- Working in accordance with our company procedures and policies at all times
- Full training will be given on our managed services, administration processes and reporting.
