Job Summary:
We are seeking a Payroll Admin to join our team and provide technical support and exceptional customer service to our employees.

**Duties**:

- Set up and maintain user accounts and permissions
- Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a help desk or technical support role preferred
- Strong knowledge of operating systems such as Windows and Linux
- Proficient in software troubleshooting, including Office Suite
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
