If so, we have the opportunity for an Experienced Payroll administrator to join us as soon as possible for a 4-month temporary contract.

This position will be **based in our head office**:

Reporting directly into our Payroll manager you will have the full support from our Payroll team.

**Your New Role with Avicenna**:
As the Payroll Administrator you will be required to support with the Avicenna payroll for Approximately 1,400 employees whilst working as part of the wider finance team.

You mainly be responsible for processing as well as overseeing payroll, involvement in the monthly payroll runs and ensuring the employer and employee PAYE are managed and paid in time. Other duties include:

- Processing Starters and Leavers
- Processing Change of salary.
- Processing Sickness
- Processing Maternity, Paternity and Shared parental leave.
- Processing Timesheets
- Uploading payments ( Eg : Commissions )
- Updating personal details of employees
