**Job Title**: Payroll Administrator

**Location**: Weybridge, KT13 Area

**Salary**: £12.25 per hour

**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately process payroll for employees, ensuring timely and correct payments.
- Handle payroll queries efficiently and professionally, maintaining a high standard of customer service.
- Ensure meticulous attention to detail and high levels of accuracy in all payroll tasks.
- Maintain and manage payroll data using IT systems, including Excel and Outlook.
- Organize and prioritize workload effectively to meet deadlines.
- Adapt flexibly to support the team and handle varying tasks as required.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and security of employee data, adhering to data privacy regulations.
- Develop and sustain strong working relationships with team members and internal stakeholders.
- Work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and collaborative skills.

**Essential Skills and Experience**:

- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a payroll administration role.
- Proven skill in delivering professional customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
- Proficiency in IT, including Excel and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
- Awareness of data privacy and secure handling of employee information.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
