**Job Description**:
As part of the Content Operations team, the **Data & Content Procurement Specialist **will own the world of 3rd party vendor management worldwide, having a direct impact on the growth of our research and media content brands.
- You will manage 3rd party relationships (vendors, freelancers, contractors as well as sole traders) while cooperating with content creating and consulting teams in assuring appropriate resource strategy for our growing business.
- You will build and manage a small but impactful Procurement team, reporting into the lead of Content Operations.
- You will monitor the quality and performance of the 3rd parties to identify improvement opportunities.
- You will proactively manage the relationships with all strategic partners and suppliers fostering collaboration.
- You will proactively identify and communicate opportunities for improvement or potential risks.
- You will help deliver best-in-class customer experience to all our stakeholders.
- You will run day-to-day order management, including transactional issue resolution and critical information gathering regarding schedules, invoices, tracking info, etc.
- You will closely collaborate with the central Global Procurement and Compliance teams as well as Finance and HR teams on processes, negotiations, and team projects.
