Job Description

  • Oversee and manage the procurement of IT services and equipment within the firm.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with IT vendors.
  • Work closely with the IT department to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with IT vendors and service providers.
  • Ensure procurement processes are in line with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Analyse and manage procurement data to improve efficiency.
  • Participate in the development of procurement strategies and initiatives.
  • Provide reports on procurement activities to senior management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful IT Procurement Specialist should have:

  • A degree in Business, Procurement, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in IT procurement
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage contracts.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret procurement data.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
  • Strong understanding of procurement policies and legal regulations.
