Job Summary:
Duties and Responsibilities:

- Generate mail merge documents for customer communication
- Updating Excel documents for marketing campaigns
- Support marketing with ad hoc duties as required
- Manage the inventory of marketing materials
- Ensure all marketing materials are organized and readily available
- Handle customer payments through phone calls and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Assist with daily postroom operations such as sorting and distributing incoming mail and preparing outgoing mail.
- Assist with various projects as assigned by marketing.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficient in Mac operating system, particularly Numbers and Page
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and accuracy.

Salary
Salary will be competitive and commensurate with experience.
