This role is home-based with visits to our head office in Blackburn. Please note that this role requires regular travel (and overnight stays) across the UK, so a willingness to travel is essential.

**The role**

The primary activities of the role include:

- Supporting our team of consultants to develop EHS legal registers and carry out EHS legal compliance audits for our commercial clients.
- Assisting consultants to deliver EHS management systems support.
- Supporting development and delivery of our training courses and webinars.
- Supporting with development and preparation of proposals / tenders to clients to address their specific needs.
- Supporting subscribers of our Legislation Update Service, e.g. completing responses to EHS legal helplines and producing legal content.
- Contributing to developing marketing content to promote our products and services.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

- Experience of working in the field of environmental and / or health and safety consultancy services.
- Good working knowledge of EHS legislation and best practice.
- Knowledge of management systems standards such as ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
- Relevant professional EHS qualifications, with demonstrable Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
- Membership of a relevant professional body, such as the Institute of Environmental Management & Assessment (IEMA) or Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH).
- Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
