Saïd Business School is recruiting for an Associate Director, Recruitment & Admissions, Executive Diplomas and Masters reporting to the Senior Associate Director - Executive Diplomas and Masters.

The Associate Director will lead the recruitment and admissions strategy for the diplomas and specialist MSc programmes. They will take the lead in managing the recruitment pipeline, from building credible marketing and recruitment plans to ensuring that excellent applicants maintain their commitment to their chosen programme and do not defer or opt for places at competitor schools. The post holder will need to maintain excellent relationships with colleagues in other departments, with faculty, programme directors and programme managers. They will be expected to develop existing relationships with corporate sponsors, design new ways of attracting high quality individuals, and work collaboratively with other teams supporting recruitment in order to grow the portfolio in line with the School’s strategy.

A few of the responsibilities:

- Take the lead in co-ordinating the overall promotion and business development for the portfolio, ensuring consistency of messages and an approach which aligns the development of the portfolio with the overall strategy of the School.
- Be a primary revenue earner for the School by recruiting high quality applicants for executive degree and diploma programmes.
- Line Manage three Recruitment Managers and a total team of six recruitment professionals.
