I am currently recruiting for a HR Delivery Manager for a well-known professional services client based in Nottingham.

This role will report into the HR Director who really believes in **work/life balance** and **champions flexibility** in the work place. You will by no means be chained to a laptop for 8 hours a day and be given the freedom and autonomy to deliver on your day-to-day activity in the best way that works for you

So, what is the role?
- You will have full autonomy for the delivery of the **transactional employee lifecycle**. You will manage a small HR Shared Service Centre, looking after **c4 direct reports**. The team will step in as soon as the employee has completed the recruitment forms online and will manage all transactional support from onboarding through to exiting the business.
- On top of this, you will be the company expert for the **policies and procedures**. They operate a principle-based approach to policies, **partnering stakeholders** to understand what is going to work for the different teams and then drafting policies based on **feedback and research**, allowing the managers freedom to make a judgement about their own team members. Some key policies that need your attention will be on **sickness, performance management and redundancies**.
- **Continuous improvement** is at the absolute forefront of this position and I am looking for a highly innovative individual who gets their kick from diving into processes and thinking of new and creative ways to make HR policy and processrelatable to the wider workforce.
- You will also partner the **Risk and Compliance** team to manage the more regulated processes in line with guidance from the **regulatory body** and ensure the company are in the best place possible to meet the requirements of **their bi-annual audits**:

- Finally, this company implemented a new **HRIS** earlier this year and you will act as the liaison between the organisation and the third party supplier. Answering any queries where possible and escalating anything to the HRIS provider.

You need to be a highly motivating manager who has a real passion for empowering HR teams and be a pioneer for new and innovative approaches to company policies and procedures. You must have experience writing policies in **regulated environments** and have recent experience working in a **professional service/financial service business.**
