Senior Motor Claims Handler

MBA are excited to be working with a best-in-class insurance company, assisting their search for a talented Senior Motor Claims Handler. The client is an industry heavyweight with a reputation for client centric claims management, technical innovationand leadership and due to continuing growth, are looking to add an all-round Senior Motor Claims Handler to their ranks in a remote position.
In return, the Senior Motor Claims Handler can expect a competitive salary, attractive pension scheme, local discounts, career progression and support towards any role relevant qualifications.
Senior Motor Claims Handler Duties/Responsibilities;
- Assist Management team in the supervision of the technical performance of the unit, be a technical referral point for the team
- Manage personal portfolio of complex Motor claims
- Assist with the conduct of technical audits of handlers work and drive technical performance to achieve targets
- Highlight training needs and effectively plan and action delivery of training/mentoring
Senior Motor Claims Handler Requirements;
- Previous, proven experience handling Motor Claims, including personal injury
- Understanding of pre-litigation process and assessing liability
- Ability to train staff on technical aspects and act as a Mentor
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience of Fraud awareness
Job Details;
- Salary up to £35000
- 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday
- 25 days annual leave plus your birthday off
- Remote working
- Support with industry qualifications i.e. Cert CII & Cert CILA
