We are seeking to appoint a dedicated to lead on the pastoral and overall student experience of pupils within the secondary phase. To assist with the safeguarding, SEND and attendance needs within the secondary phase.

To provide guidance and support to improve standards of achievement of all pupils within the secondary phase. To assist in removing barriers to learning, progress and attainment of all pupils within the secondary phase.

This is an exciting time in the life of Bournville School. Bournville School (part of Fairfax Multi-Academy Trust) is a mainstream, non-selective, comprehensive school for students aged 4 -16. Bournville School is built on traditional values. Pivotal to this is a positive ethos and culture of learning and success for all students. There is particular regard to outstanding achievement for all students whatever their academic starting point and a commitment to lifelong learning for all stakeholders.

This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
