The Pastoral Base Manager will work with the Pastoral Faculty Leader in supporting students and staff with the management and running of the pastoral base and its associated systems and processes. This role is key in ensuring that students are able to make optimum use of learning and reflection opportunities in the Renewal Room, through the application of effective behaviour management strategies and co-ordinating high quality curriculum-linked work. The role works closely within a team, responding to the daily needs of students.

The successful candidate will have experience of working with children preferably in a school setting and will find themselves working in a friendly, supportive and ambitious school, where we always strive to provide our students with an amazing learning experience.
